Andrew has 25 years of experience in client service, strategy, planning and revenue growth demonstrated across a variety of industries, including professional services. As an entrepreneur, he has led many successful start-ups from the stage of ideation, to generating millions of dollars in revenue. He has a natural ability to innovate, establish a brand, and to build and lead highly productive teams.
In 2007, he founded Four Corners Group, an executive search firm that quickly grew to become one of the top 50 in North America. During his ten years leading the firm, he helped many prominent organizations define their leadership talent requirements, as well as identify and place key executives in critical roles. He also led the strategic growth of the company by sourcing and recruiting every revenue generating partner in the organization.
Andrew brings an immense depth of expertise in understanding the complete organizational capability of a company through its talent resources. He has been the trusted advisor to many key executives and entrepreneurs enabling them to accelerate revenue growth and expansion. Andrew has a B.A. in History from Trent University as well as a Master’s Degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph.
