Sharad has over 25 years of experience as a business leader, entrepreneur and marketer. He has lead and worked with a wide range of organizations, both large and small, to help them realize their business potential.
Sharad’s success has come from his ability to work collaboratively with clients, establish a compelling vision of what success looks like, and organize internal and external resources to achieve this success.
Sharad started his career at Coopers & Lybrand/ PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Principal in the Strategic Change practice. Sharad worked with Fortune 500 clients leading them in developing and implementing customer management, marketing and CRM strategies.
Sharad was most recently the President of Digital Cement, an innovative digital marketing agency located in Toronto. Working with companies such as Kraft Foods, Fedex, and General Mills, Sharad assisted clients in building large scale 1-to-1 and direct marketing campaigns focused on generating growth. In 2012, Sharad co-founded Bright Blue Wave, a social media marketing agency focused on helping organizations implement and manage social media marketing programs.
Sharad has a B.B.A from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Masters in International Business from Pepperdine University.
