Andrew Norrie – Partner
Andrew has 25 years of experience in client service, strategy, planning and revenue growth demonstrated across a variety of industries, including professional services. As an entrepreneur, he has led many successful start-ups from the stage of ideation, to generating millions of dollars in revenue. He has a natural ability to innovate, establish a brand, and to build and lead highly productive teams.
In 2007, he founded Four Corners Group, an executive search firm that quickly grew to become one of the top 50 in North America. During his ten years of leading the strategic growth of the firm, he helped many prominent organizations define their leadership talent requirements, as well as identify and place key executives in critical roles. Upon successfully exiting the firm, he launched Catapult Growth Partners in Canada.
Andrew brings an immense depth of expertise in understanding the complete organizational capability of a company. He has been the trusted advisor to many key executives and entrepreneurs enabling them to accelerate revenue growth and expansion. His entrepreneurial spirit, strategic capabilities, and leadership offer significant value to the clients of Catapult Growth Partners.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trent University as well as a Master’s Degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph.
John Watts – Partner
John is an experienced business leader with proven accomplishments in both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. John began his career in marketing at Rapp Collins, he then launched a start-up technology outsourcing company called Exchange Solutions where he partnered extensively with companies like ESSO, Barnes & Noble and Sobeys. More recently, he was responsible for leading North American sales and services at Pitney Bowes Software. Regardless of the size or maturity of the organization, John has consistently delivered extraordinary results and increased profitability in his leadership positions, and for his clients.
John’s deep breadth of experience allows him to provide immense value across a broad and diverse range of industries including retail, technology, manufacturing and professional services. His knowledge provides a unique perspective to solve client challenges efficiently and effectively. Having built and led teams in all of his executive level positions, John is acutely aware of how critical talent is to an organization and what it means to advise clients on talent acquisition and human resources solutions.
John has a Bachelor of Social Science from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Education from The University of Maine.
Dennis Massicotte – Partner
Dennis is a high impact, results focused HR leader with a well-established reputation for developing and executing talent and leadership strategies to support the attraction, development, engagement and retention of all levels of human capital, ensuring alignment with overall business strategic objectives.
He brings over 25 years of diverse experience leading HR teams across a variety of sectors, including financial services, professional services and consumer packaged goods. In his most recent role, Dennis was SVP, Human Resources, responsible for ensuring that the Canadian business had the right talent, capabilities and engagement to deliver on its business plans and objectives.
His success working across all levels of an organization, coupled with his deep expertise across the full spectrum of HR functional areas, has helped him to become a proven change leader with a solid record of accelerating organizational transformation.
Dennis holds both the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and also completed the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
